1.Mold Design and Manufacturing
Design and manufacture die-casting molds according to the provided part drawings or 3D models.
2.Raw material preparation
According to the requirements of the parts to choose suitable alloy materials, and melting and refining treatment.
3. Die-casting machine preparation
Check the pressure, temperature, speed and other parameters of the die-casting machine to ensure that the equipment is normal. Install the manufactured molds to the die-casting machine and calibrate them.
4.Die casting process:Rapidly inject the molten metal into the mold, the liquid metal cools and solidifies to form the part.
5. Mold opening and ejection
The mold is opened and the part is ejected from the mold using the ejector mechanism and placed on a conveyor belt.
6. Deburring and Cleaning:Removes burrs and excess metal from the part and cleans up surface residue to ensure a clean part.
7.Post-treatment and Inspection
According to the need, the parts will be surface treated and then tested for quality.
8.Packaging and factory
The qualified parts are packed with moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging and shipped to the customer's designated location to complete the production process.
