Product R&D and design
If the customer wants to develop their own product but does not know how to design software, we can provide design services. After the customer sketches the idea, we can use 3D software to draw the drawing.
Production of product prototypes
After the drawing design is completed, the first prototype needs to be made to test the structure and function of the product. We can make it, whether it is 3D printing or mechanical processing;
Mass production and assembly of products
Our company has professional production lines, its own CNC machining center, mold workshop, injection molding parts, and die-casting workshop; We have supporting PCB production factories and sheet metal production factories!
Customization process
After consultation with the client, we are ready to start a new project.
1. If the customer provides drawings, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawings.
2. If the customer does not have drawings but has samples, the samples need to be sent to our engineers, then we will measure the dimensions and draw the drawings. Then we make the mold according to the drawings.
Sometimes customers will make a sample mold, which is smaller and less expensive and is only used to make samples. Sometimes customers will directly make a large mold, both for making samples and for mass production. Molds are usually made of steel. We promise that the mold can be used 50,000 times within 10 years. If any problem occurs during the warranty period, our company will repair or redo it for a fee. After the mold is made, we will test the mold if there is no problem with the mold. Then make the sample, our engineers will measure the size of the sample and test the hardness, etc. to ensure the sample is of good quality. Then we send the samples to customers for testing.
After mass production and FQC, we will put the quality products into plastic bags and then into cartons. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on pallets. Of course, if you need customized packaging, we can also make it, but it will cost extra. We will then ship the small quantity, usually via express such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS or air freight. If the quantity is large, it is usually shipped by ship or land.
After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production. The production process is as follows:
