    The automobile intake manifold is an important part of the engine. Its main function is to evenly distribute air or a mixture of air and fuel to each cylinder of the engine.

    CNC machining technology has significant advantages in manufacturing high-precision and high-complexity automobile parts. However, there are still some technical difficulties in machining automobile intake manifolds:

    1. Complex geometry:

    The intake manifold usually has complex internal channels and geometric shapes, which puts high demands on CNC machining programming and tool path planning. The tool motion trajectory needs to be precisely controlled to ensure that every detail can be accurately machined.

    2. Material selection and processing:

    The intake manifold usually uses lightweight, high-strength materials such as aluminum alloy or composite materials. These materials are prone to deformation and thermal damage during machining, and cutting parameters and cooling methods need to be strictly controlled.

    3. High-precision requirements:

    The dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the intake manifold have a direct impact on the performance of the engine.
