Injection Mould for High-Precision Custom Automotive Control Dashboard
This mold is specialized in the production of automotive central control instrument panels. The concave and convex molds are processed by ultra-precision cutting, and with high-precision positioning components, the mold gap is uniform, and the edges of the molded parts are free of flash, meeting the high appearance standards of the interior. Engineers can optimize the cavity through 3D modeling according to the functional layout of the vehicle dashboard, and arrange latent gates and conformal cooling pipes. In view of the characteristics of large and multi-curved surfaces, high-strength mold frames and synchronous ejection systems are selected, which are suitable for composite substrates such as PP+EPDM-T20. Parameters such as injection rate and holding pressure can be quickly adjusted to provide exclusive solutions from structural verification to mass production.
